The system can also bear a much higher pulling force than its global counterparts and be free from external environmental influences such as wind, waves, water currents, and water level changes. The buoyancy of the floater is more than 150 kg/㎡, the wind load of the system reaches 60 m/s, and the snow load stands at 1 KN/㎡, which is applicable to various water environments.
