With the new innovative designs, Motech has successfully created a series of inverters that could perform at high efficiency, enable greater flexibility for system designers, and allow easier installation and service for system installers.
PVMate 10NE and 12NE inverters are each equipped with five input strings of MC4 connectors, while PVMate 15NE and 17NE have six, the multiple connectors allow the system designer and integrators more flexibility on the number of input strings when designing a photovoltaic system. The new inverters also feature the integrated DC disconnect switch to eliminate the need for external DC disconnects and reduces the total cost of photovoltaic systems. And at 50 kg per unit, the new PVMate series are one of the lightest grid-connected three-phase inverters in the range of 15 kW to 20 kW, and with IP65 enclosure, the PVMate series can be installed both indoor and outdoor.
The maximum efficiency of this product is 97.8% and the European efficiency is 97.4 percent. With 45°C of maximum full power operating temperature without de-rating, Motech inverters also perform better at high temperature without de-rating. In terms of efficiency and performance at high temperature, Motech inverters have always been one of the leading products in the market.
Furthermore, each one of PVMate 10NE~17NE inverters has two maximum power point (MPP) tracker and offers wide input MPP tracking voltage range than the competitions. The MPP voltage for PVMate is from 270 V to 780 V with the range of 510 V. This wide input MPP tracking range enables the system integrator and installers a greater flexibility in module selection and sizing of the PV systems.
