Motech's PV inverters in compliance with Italy new directive Delibera AEEG 084-12

The products in accordance with the Delibera AEEG 084-12 were the grid-connected PV inverter products, including PVMate 3300MS, PVMate 3800MS, PVMate 4600MS, PVMate 3300MS-D, PVMate 3800MS-D, PVMate 4600MS-D, PVMate 10NE, PVMate 12NE, PVMate 15NE, and PVMate 17NE.

Motech has released its self-declaration documents, in which Motech stated that the above-mentioned PV inverter products comply with paragraph 4.1 of the AEEG 84/2012/R/EEL 08/03/2012 under Articles. 46, and 47 of Presidential Decree December 28, 2000 n. 445; the inverters’ construction, with integrated protection system interface, were made in compliance with the requirements of paragraph 5 of Annex A70 of the Grid Code and subsequent amendments, as waived by Article 4.1.d 84/2012/R/EEL of resolution (field of operation in the frequency range 49 Hz – 51 Hz).

The new directive Delibera AEEG 084-12 is mainly designed for the purpose of maintaining the grid stability of the Italian electricity grid. According to the new directive, the setting values of the operating frequency range are to be extended to include values between 49 Hz and 51 Hz. This applies to all inverters commissioned in the low-voltage grids in Italy as of April 1, 2012.
