NRG Yield, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend by 4.65% to $0.225 Per Share

NRG Yield, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on each of the Company’s Class A and Class C common stock of $0.225 per share payable on March 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2016.

This quarterly dividend represents $0.90 per share on an annualized basis, an increase of approximately 4.65% over the fourth quarter 2015 dividend of $0.215 per share (or $0.86 per share annualized) and the ninth consecutive quarter of dividend growth since the company’s IPO.
