Covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024, the report details POWEROAD's advancements in green technology, environmental stewardship, workplace safety, and product excellence, reinforcing its mission to deliver clean, reliable energy worldwide.
The report has been prepared in line with internationally recognized ESG standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Guidelines, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the TCFD Climate-related Financial Disclosure Recommendations, and the Ministry of Finance's Enterprise Sustainable Development Disclosure Norms. In compiling the report, POWEROAD adhered to the principles of materiality, completeness, and responsiveness, covering the company's governance, environmental protection, employee well-being, product responsibility, and community engagement. All data was collected based on existing processes, ensuring accuracy and comparability year over year.

- Employee & Workplace – Recorded zero work-related fatalities, achieved ISO 45001 certification, with 35% of leadership roles held by women.
