The services include owner's engineering, design review, construction and assembly supervision, commissioning supervision, financial monitoring, contract administration and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) supervision.
Located in the State of Bahia, the plant will have an installed capacity of 30 MWac, and has a 20-year power purchase agreement that was awarded in the August 2015 reserve energy auction conducted by Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (ANEEL).

The construction phase started in July 2017, and the goal is to provide energy to the grid by January 2018.
