Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Renewable Energy Corporation ASA for consideration of this proposal will be held in Kjørboveien 29, Sandvika, Norway on July 27, 2012 at 13.00 CET.
The notice of the extraordinary general meeting which was planned to be held on July 20, 2012 has been withdrawn, and a general meeting will therefore not be held on that date.
Please find attached notice of the General Meeting and attendance/proxy forms. These documents will also be sent to all shareholders per post or electronically depending on choice in VPS.
