In a record time of only 4 months, the two systems with a production capacity of 300 MWp were planned, manufactured and delivered to one of the leading Chinese energy companies.
The systems excel by a high degree of automation and innovation. The sophisticated string assembly, fully-automatic framing, tape application and automatic sorting and palletizing are the basis for high output and production capacity. It is due to in-house production of the conveyor system, own planning, control technique and system integration that high system quality can be achieved at a favorable competitive price.
The turnkey systems were equipped with robots and components from Reis Robotics from Obernburg, Germany and completed at Reis in Kunshan.
Since the delivery of the first fully-automatic solar module production line in 2006 Reis Robotics has delivered a total of 130 systems to leading solar module manufacturers in Europe, USA and China. Even in the recent years, which were difficult for the solar industry, the development for new processes and more economic production systems was pushed by Reis, and thus the success of many other customers was ensured. The newly delivered systems emphasize once again the continuing worldwide leadership of Reis in the solar market.
