S-Energy Co., Ltd announced it has secured a 27MW module supply deal with German-headquartered developer, Goldbeck Solar GmbH (“Goldbeck”) for projects in the UK.

Goldbeck Solar is a globally operating system integrator, which has provided Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for more than 500 MW projects in Europe to date.

Under the terms of this agreement, S-Energy will deliver to Goldbeck Solar a total of 27MW of its newly-developed SN-series modules manufactured out of the Company’s state-of-the-art facilities in Daejeon, South Korea starting in December of 2015.

Along with enhanced technology to minimize the potential-induced degradation (PID), S-Energy has made several improvements on the module’s overall performance to provide satisfaction, security and longterm stability to its customers.

S-Energy has shipped over 300MW of its modules to EU market, continuously working with a number of leading companies in Europe. With uncertainty in the current solar market, S-Energy’s strong financials and substantial business experience of more than 20 years are some of the many characteristics that help the Company stand out from the crowd.

S-Energy said: “We are very excited about this relationship with Goldbeck Solar, that will allow both companies to exponential grow in solar markets in Europe, and look forward to expand our cooperation with Goldbeck Solar.” and added “This meaningful partnership with such a financially strong EPC like Goldbeck Solar also lights the way for further expansion beyond Europe.
