SegenSolar has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months with unprecedented sales of solar panels, inverters and batteries. The company has adapted to increased demand across Europe, triggered by high gas and electricity prices, the war in Ukraine and updates to renewable energy regulations. SolarPower Europe estimates that in countries with a NECP, the total potential for installed PV capacity could be up to 450% higher than today's installed capacity by 2030.
Thanks to the support of the transport and logistics company Emons, SegenSolar is now able to quickly and reliably expand its storage and self-collection capacities to help all European countries achieve their ambitious PV and climate targets. Emons offers a service that customers can always rely on and continuously works on its quality to meet and exceed expectations. In cooperation with Emons, SegenSolar opened a logistics centre in Berlin in 2022, quadrupling the available storage space and expanding delivery and self-collection capacities for customers in Germany, Benelux, Poland and surrounding areas.
SegenSolar is pleased to now offer this service to customers in the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries, so that orders for panels, inverters and battery storage systems from top manufacturers such as Solis, Pylontech and JA Solar can be collected directly from the Emons site near Prague, saving valuable time and delivery costs. “We are always looking for ways to make it easier for our customers to get the goods they need, exactly when they need them,” comments Holger Karpus, Operations Manager at SegenSolar. “Through our proven partnership with Emons, we can offer our customers the utmost freedom to choose exactly which option best suits their next project.”
“The growth and awareness in the photovoltaic sector here in the Czech Republic is clearly noticeable. To continue to grow together with a company like SegenSolar in this country makes us proud,” says Ulf Kühnreich, managing director of Emons Česká republika. “The new sales office door to door with our office in Prague will help to further deepen cooperation and implement SegenSolar's customers’ requirements even faster and more precisely. We are looking forward to it.”
“As Segen Solar, we are excited about this stage of our growth and look forward to providing a local service to our customers through our partnership with Emons and the opening of our new sales office in Prague,” commented Andrew Garcia, Managing Director. “We have recognised the immense growth in the market and our teams, office space and logistics capacity have also grown accordingly. SegenSolar will continue to expand, ensuring that our customers across Europe receive not only products, but also the support they need to grow their own businesses and meet the ever-increasing demand.” To find out more about SegenSolar, please visit www.segensolar.eu.
