In addition to the Series A funding round, Circular Energy also voted to add a new member to its Board of Directors. E. Carey Joullian IV, the CEO of Oklahoma City-based Mustang Fuel Corporation was elected unanimously. Mr. Joullian brings significant business and energy expertise to the Board and participated in the Series A funding round.
