Silverton's advice was centred on financial due diligence, as well as cash-flow planning and valuation.
Solarwatt is a longstanding client of Silverton, who had already advised the company on the initiation of a risk management system and provided support for the operative restructuring carried out in house following its own insolvency proceedings.
