Sky Solar Holdings Ltd., a solar farm developer based in Hong Kong, has entered into a $200 million funding partnership with Sino-Century Investment Management Co. to develop 100 MW of solar projects.
The two companies will collaborate on the development of PV plants in Japan and Latin America, reported Bloomberg. Sky Solar has created a 181.7 MW portfolio of solar PV projects outside of China, and already raised $44.2 million for this latest project in an initial public offering (IPO) in the U.S. in November.
