Solar-Tectic LLC awarded patent for thin-film solar cell laser technology
Solar-Tectic LLC is pleased to announce that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has allowed “Method of Growing Heteroepitaxial Single Crystal or Large Grained Semiconductor Films on Glass Substrates and Devices Thereon,” which is the “1c-Si Laser Eutectic” Solar-Tectic technology.
