Stion’s “Simply Better” Modules Added to Sungage Financial’s Approved Vendor List

Stion is excited to announce that its ‘Simply Better’ modules have been added to the approved vendor list for Sungage Financial, a Boston-based solar financier of residential solar systems. As a result, solar installers are now able to use Stion’s thin-film CIGS modules for solar systems financed through Sungage Financial.

Sungage's approval supports the increasing demand for Stion's all-black, MADE IN USA modules on residential rooftops. According to Justin Redd, Stion's East Coast Sales Director, “Stion's modules' aesthetics, energy performance, and US manufacturing base make them an easy call for solar installers across the country.” APEX Solar, a New York-based installer that has used Stion's modules in its projects since 2014, welcomes Sungage's decision.
“We have always had strong demand from European residential installers for Stion's “jet-black” aesthetics, and we are now seeing increasing demand in the US for high quality, MADE in USA modules that blend seamlessly with black roofs,” added Seth Stulgis, Senior Marketing Manager for Stion.
