The publication of the financial report for the second quarter 2012, originally scheduled for 15 August 2012, has to be postponed; the new date will be announced as soon as possible.
The 2011 annual financial report has been published on 23 July 2012. The annual general meeting of Sunways AG will be held in Singen/Hohentwiel on 30 August 2012.
