Sunways AG: Supervisory Board appoints Mario Zen as Member and Chairman of the Management Board

At the same time, the chairmanship of the Management Board was transferred to Mr. Zen. The Management Board of Sunways AG is thus composed of Mario Zen (Chairman of the Management Board), Jörg von Strom (procurement, production and supply chain) and Jürgen Frei (marketing and distribution).
Mario Zen is currently Vice President Business Development of LDK Solar Co., Ltd. (Xinyu City, People’s Republic of China) and Managing Director of LDK Solar Europe Holding S.A. (Luxembourg).
