New Valentin Software customers, who have purchased PV*SOL Expert or PV*SOL Pro, can now attend free introductory webinars. In addition to an introduction to the essential functions in PV*SOL, the most frequently asked questions are answered for getting started with the program.
The webinars are always held in the month following purchase. Customers can select one of the two one-hour webinars that are on offer. The chat function can be used during the webinar to direct questions to the Valentin customer support specialist. Customers receive the link for webinar registration in the e-mail delivering their planning and simulation software PV*SOL.
If the link is not included in the mail, a request to participate in an upcoming webinar can simply be sent to webinar@valentin.de. The next two dates for the introduction to PV*SOL Expert / Pro are: – Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 17:00 (CET) and Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 11:00 (CET).
