Manz cuts jobs in its PV business

Manz AG is cutting 62 jobs in its solar division. The German production locations affected are in Reutlingen, Tübingen and Karlstein, said the photovoltaic equipment supplier in a release earlier this week.

250 kW power to gas plant enters operation

SunPower signs joint venture agreement in China

SunPower has signed a joint venture agreement with Tianjin Zhonghuan Semiconductor (TZS), Inner Mongolia Power Group (IMP) and Hohhot Jinqiao City Development Company (HJCD) for the manufacturing and deployment of the company’s proprietary SunPower C7 Tracker (C7) concentrator technology in the Chinese market.
