Yingli signs strategic cooperation agreement with CDB

The Yingli Group Company Limited has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Hebei Branch of China Development Bank (CDB). Under the terms of the agreement, CDB expects to grant credit facilities with an aggregate maximum amount of RMB 36 billion to support the company and its affiliates.
