BISOL Group has once again proven the high quality of its PV modules and submitted them for additional testing in order to acquire an ANSI/UL 1703 certificate, mandatory for US and Canadian market. The test was performed by the German TÜV Rheinland laboratory, which performed numerous tests such as temperature test, current leakage and wet insulation-resistance test, intrusive hot spot test, fire test and others.

BISOL PV modules sustained all the rigorous conditions without any notable loss in performance or any other electrical or mechanical defects. Tests confirmed the irrefutable quality of the modules and therefore compliance with North American regulations. The company is constantly improving its quality, safety and ecological standards, implementing progressive innovations in their state-of-the-art production.

BISOL Group’s solar solutions are produced in accordance with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001; PV modules carry IEC 61730 and IEC 61215 certificates, comply with Australian standard AS5033 and have MCS certificate, mandatory for UK. They are also resistant to corrosion caused by ammonia salts and salt mist.

This new UL certification will open the door for BISOL Group to expand to US and Canada. According to EPIA’s Global Market Outlook 2016 new PV installations in the US accumulated 1.6 GW, Canadian 364 MW in 2011. The US market has the second biggest market share outside Europe with great growth potential. As quality comes first company’s competitive preference is offering the best quality-to-price ratios on the market.
