In a decisive move to safeguard its esteemed brand and intellectual property rights, BISOL Group has voiced suspicions of a registered trademark infringement related to the unauthorized use. This suspected infringement, noted in the operations of BISOLL GmbH, was brought to light by few solar magazine articles, including one titled “Hopewind Partnered with CNBM Germany GmbH and Bisoll GmbH to Promote Renewable Energy Transformation in Europe.”
With over two decades at the forefront of the photovoltaic industry, BISOL Group possesses exclusive rights to the BISOL trademark. This registered trademark, which has been legally protected since 2010, plays a vital role in distinguishing BISOL’s premium solar products and services. The suspected unauthorized use of the BISOL name by BISOLL GmbH could not only infringe upon these rights but also potentially lead to unwelcome associations between the two entities, risking consumer confusion and affecting the BISOL brand’s esteemed reputation.
The concern revolves around the possible misuse of the BISOL trademark and the alleged interference with BISOL Group's rights. Such actions could contravene international intellectual property laws, which allow trademark owners exclusive usage rights and enable them to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
In light of the suspicions, BISOL Group has formally called for further explanation by company BISOLL GmbH.
BISOL Group remains committed to its mission of advancing renewable energy transformation in Europe and globally. The company hopes for a peaceful resolution to this matter, contingent on the respect and prompt correction of the suspected infringement.
