Similar to 2010, the company will enable private Austrian investors to gain access to the attractive and secure market for energy plants in Germany.

Clean Capital was founded with the purpose of enabling investors to directly participate in alternative energy projects. After successfully acquiring facilities in Germany and Italy on behalf of institutional investors, it has now secured additional projects for structuring on a scale of about 17 MWp. Most of the plants are located in Germany.

The photovoltaic parks in the German federal states of Thuringia and Saxony?Anhalt will also be offered to private Austrian investors. “Following our initial project called ‘Zorbau’ in the year 2010, this comprises a further attractive possibility for private investors to invest directly in solar energy in the secure market for energy investments in Germany – with the advantage that the structure is tailored to Austrian investors with respect to tax advantages!” says Clean Capital Managing Director Martin Du?rnberger.

Partnership with proven partners in Germany

Two projects were secured with the tried and tested partner Sovello/Soventix. “We have only had positive experiences with this corporate group up until now. We now want to consolidate and expand upon the highly professional expertise of our Group on the basis of the new projects,” Martin Du?rnberger adds.

Clean Capital also agreed to implement a further project in Germany with the Munich?based environmental protection association Green City. “We are very pleased to enter into a partnership with Green City. In particular, there were umerous interested parties for this eight MW project near Leipzig,” he says.

“In the meantime, Clean Capital has become the leading corporate group in the field of direct investments in alternative energy sources in Austria”, Martin Du?rnberger concludes.
