IHS PV Integrated Market Tracker ranks CSUN as the eigth largest supplier to the German PV market.

"Despite the shrinking size of the German market, CSUN was able to increase its shipments to this most important European market,” explains Engin Yaman, General Manger of CSUN’s European sales activities.

"CSUN stays committed to the European and particularly the German market and currently evaluates how it can best support its business partners to jointly tackle the remaining market segments of residential and commercial roof-tops."

Under the current EEG reformation package, the feed-in tariff for ground-mounted projects will be too low to allow economically viable projects. With an EEG allocation of 50% planned on selfconsumed PV power, industrial roof-top projects are likely to face the same faith. However installations below 10 kWp and commercial roof-top applications remain interesting opportunities even under these harsh conditions. This is mainly due to the high electricity prices paid by consumers and small to medium sized enterprises, which do not benefit from exemption regulations.
