DMEGC Solar subjected its N-type Modules to a series of tests under the IEC 63209-1:2021 standard. The encompassed thermal cycling tests (TC200, TC400, TC600), damp heat tests (DH1000, DH2000), mechanical load tests (static load SML, dynamic load DML, thermal cycling TC50, humidity freeze cycle HF10), ultraviolet composite tests, and PID tests (PID192).
The results of these tests showcased the outstanding performance of DMEGC Solar N-type Modules across all reliability assessments. The decay rate, significantly lower than the IEC's 5% standard, remained within 2% for all basic and intensified test sequences including TC, PID, DH, UV, and DML. Notably, the PID performance dipped below 0.6%. This overall performance not only surpassed that of P-type modules but also outshone most N-type modules from other brands. Importantly, there were no significant changes observed before and after Electroluminescence (EL) detection, underscoring the ultra-high reliability of the modules. It's noteworthy that the modules tested were randomly selected from mass production, with the model DMXXXM10T-B78 meeting the intensified testing standards for mechanical loading of bifacial double-glass 78-cell large-size modules. This exceptional reliability performance solidifies DMEGC Solar's position at the forefront of the industry concerning module reliability.
