At Intersolar Europe 2011 in Munich (Hall B5, booth 210), Donauer Solartechnik will be presenting a newly developed mounting frame from its own INTERSOL range: the Futura Siplex system with snap-in functions. Demonstrations every day at the stand will show just how easy it is to install solar power systems using the new system.
The specialist wholesale company is also presenting off-grid power supply solutions for all local conditions.
Futura Siplex is a snap-in system that is particularly easy for installation technicians to work with for on-roof projects. It includes pre-assembled elements and can be used on all roof types.
With this newly developed system, Donauer Solartechnik is introducing pre-assembled cross connectors and module clamps that snap into the transverse rails using special clips and automatically lock in place. The pre-assembled components reduce the installation time by up to 20 percent compared to previous mounting systems.
The system is particularly easy to install on tiled roofs. The Futura Siplex profile clip, which is pre-installed on the roof hook, is used here. Installation technicians fasten the roof hook as usual and then only have to press the transverse rail into the pre-assembled profile clip.
Pre-assembled components reduce the installation time
The transverse rail system can be combined with all roof fastening elements supplied by Donauer Solartechnik. It offers the highest possible reliability thanks to the excel-lent stability of the particularly light transverse rails.
Dipl.-Ing. Tilman Elsner, product manager for INTERSOL mounting systems, will demonstrate the advantages of the system every day at the trade fair stand.
Mobile Solar Power System: Complete PV power supply in a container
Donauer Solartechnik will be informing visitors to Intersolar about products and solutions for stand-alone grids in particular. The company's Off-Grid division designs, supplies and installs system solutions worldwide for stand-alone grids with photovoltaic or hybrid supply.
With the new Mobile Solar Power System (MSPS) that was launched this year, Donauer Solartechnik offers a container that includes everything you need for photovoltaic power supply.
The mobile solar energy system has been designed for extreme climatic conditions and is ready for use after an installation period of one day. The 10 or 20 foot-large container has an AC output of 16 to 118 kilowatts. The MSPS is already supplying off-grid power to smaller buildings at the company headquarters in Gilching.
The models on display at the trade fair will show visitors just how the system works in an easy-to-visualize manner.
