Empowering Local Expertise — Felicitysolar Mali Holds Hands-on Installer Training

Share

If you ask why Felicitysolar stands out among many solar energy brands, our commitment to technical and product training for installers and distributors is one of the key reasons. Recently, Felicitysolar’s Mali branch held an offline installer training session to help local partners become more familiar with our solar and energy storage products and master key installation knowledge.

The program wasn’t just about teaching how to install systems—it was about sharing knowledge, building confidence, and growing together with the local market. Through the training, participants got a closer look at Felicitysolar’s full range of solar and energy storage solutions, gaining the hands-on experience they need to deliver smoother and more sufficient installations for customers.

Nurturing Talent, Growing the Market

The initiative aims to develop skilled local professionals who can independently design and install PV systems that meet end user needs. Trainees learned everything from basic electrical theory—voltage, current, DC and AC concepts—to system design principles using Felicitysolar’ s own configuration software. They also explored component selection, including the proper use of cables, circuit breakers, and protective devices.

Beyond individual skill-building, the training program also represents a broader vision: to establish a recognized professional training platform in Mali. By providing structured courses and certification, Felicitysolar hopes to make its training credentials a trusted mark of quality and expertise in the region’s growing solar industry.

Learning by Doing

The most exciting part of the training came during the practical sessions. Participants rolled up their sleeves to install modules, connect systems, and troubleshoot real-world issues. From mastering wiring techniques to commissioning systems such as the IVEM8048 and 50kW energy storage setup, every participant had the chance to turn theory into tangible skill.

The program concluded with written and practical exams, followed by official certification for those who successfully passed—all proudly presented by Felicitysolar Mali.

Building Long-term Connections

More than just a training session, this event also created a communication bridge between Felicitysolar and local installers. By listening to on-the-ground feedback and sharing technical insights, we’re building a stronger, more responsive network—ensuring that our products evolve hand in hand with the real needs of the market. Felicitysolar’s commitment to knowledge-sharing continues to light the way for sustainable energy in Mali and beyond.
