ExelGroup supplies mounting systems for 1.1 MW solar park at Rhodes

Share

The whole project consists of 11 solar parks, 100 kW each. For the construction of the parks, the mounting systems Exel G2 will be used. The mounting structure Exel G2 is a simple and fast track solution for small and big scale PV projects.

The ability to change the inclination angle according to the projects requirements and follow with the comfort the field slope makes it a pioneer in the PV market.

Furthermore, the design is with respect to the potentiality of using different foundations. So it can be easily used with ramming posts, screws, concrete/steel piles or concrete pad foundation, in order to comply with the alternative design of the project and the alternative soil characteristics.

ExelGroup manufactures high quality solar mounting systems for both ground (shaped or angled) and rooftop pv systems (flat or inclined). The solar mounting systems are produced through the company’s vertically integrated supply chain, in the company's plant in Agios Athanasios, Thessaloniki.

They are made of hot – dip galvanized steel through a production process certified by the standard ISO 9001/2008. They have been tested by the finite elements method by the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki and meet the requirements of Eurocode. They are characterized by long life, easy installation, competitive cost and include a 25 years warranty.
