Felicitysolar, in collaboration with the National Institute of Science and Technology of Abéché (INSTA), has officially launched a hands-on photovoltaic installation training program aimed at empowering young professionals entering the solar energy sector in Chad.

Background of the Training

INSTA has partnered with Felicitysolar to organize a practical training course focused on the installation of solar photovoltaic systems. The initiative targets young people currently working—or aspiring to work—in the solar industry, equipping them with the operational expertise required in a fast-growing sector.

During the opening ceremony, Professor Mahamat Hassan Béchir, Coordinator of the PEA-TCHAD project, emphasized that this training program is the result of collaboration between INSTA and Jean Monnet University (UJM) in Saint-Étienne, France. He highlighted that this partnership has enabled the institute to launch the certified training program in the design, installation, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems.
