Kiwa Moroni has assisted Tages Capital SGR in the acquisition of 149 MW of photovoltaic plants in Italy

Tages Helios II, a fund managed by the asset manager Tages Capital SGR specialized in alternative infrastructure investment funds and investments in the energy sector, finalized the acquisition of the portfolio composed by 105 photovoltaic plants in operation, located throughout the country: Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Tuscany, Puglia, Sardinia, Calabria, Campania, Marche, Molise, Abruzzo and Emilia-Romagna.

Specifically, Kiwa Moroni managed the aspects related to the Technical Due Diligence with particular focus on the permitting topics, the GSE incentives, the grid connection procedure, the energy yield assessment and the project contracts.

Tages Capital SGR, with the Tages Helios and Tages Helios II funds, has so far raised over 730 million euros, positioning the portfolio of funds managed by the SGR as the second largest operator in the photovoltaic sector in Italy with a total installed power of 536 MW, to be added to 76 MW of wind capacity for a total of 612 MW.
