Walsh of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware entered an order confirming the prepackaged plan of reorganization for the three U.S. subsidiaries of LDK Solar — LDK Solar Systems, Inc., LDK Solar USA, Inc. and LDK Solar Tech USA, Inc.
