The plant has been assembled on the roof of a plastic components factory. The company demonstrates its commitment towards local PV actors by selecting for this project Spanish manufacturers of modules and inverters, EURENER and JEMA respectively.
KRD was founded in 2011 with the objective to put Poland into the world map of solar energy, based on the PV regulation to be approved during last quarter of 2012. In the meantime the company has been active in Portugal, Spain and Italy as reference markets moving to emerging PV markets like Brazil, Chile, Kazakhstan or Vietnam lastly. Several international funds have shown interest in potential PV plants to be developed in Poland by the company. Warsaw, 10th September 2012
