The professional online marketplace for solar projects, turn-key systems and operational power plants achieved the first success in enforcing its rights against the portal Milk the Sun.
The Amtsgericht Charlottenburg (Berlin, Germany), in its judgment confirmed the view that Milk the Sun has illegally violated the copyright of ProjectForum4t2. The judgment and the related payment of damages have not been appealed.
Active since March 2011, the online marketplace ProjectForum4t2 is based on well-defined functions and processes, which are reflected in the extensive articles of the Terms and Conditions. A year after the launch, the management of ProjectForum4t2 had noticed that the Terms and Conditions of the at this time newly launched portal Milk the Sun were almost identical to those of ProjectForum4t2.
