In November 2014, the Government of India announced an ambitious target of 100 GW of solar power capacity by 2022, five times the previous national objective. Following this pioneering step, the Government of India requested developers, energy companies, banks and investors to formally declare their contributions to that objective. Solairedirect is proud to announce that it has formally declared a target of developing at least 2 GW of solar power capacity in India over the 2015-2019 period.
