TSR provides a full suite of nationwide solar asset management services including: solar O&M, commissioning, array cleaning, warranty management, emergency response, real-time energy production monitoring and reporting, system design and engineering, owners representative QA/QC, financial asset administration, and professional consulting for both commercial and utility scale solar projects from coast to coast.
The company currently provides O&M and Asset Management services for over 250 MW of solar projects, 100MW of which are utility scale projects, including the 35 MW Webberville Solar Farm the 37.5 MW Long Island Solar Farm. In addition to TSRs field technicians, the new contracts for this year also include nearly 25MW of Asset Management services. The company offers comprehensive Asset Management services for solar projects, including Financial Asset Administration and Technical Operations Management. The purpose is to give customers the best insight into each system's performance and return on investment.
The new projects in our portfolio are mostly in California, which is the largest market for solar projects in the US and is where we have our largest concentration of O&M activity, Mr. Phillips commented. We already have a major concentration of projects in Northern California, Southern California, Colorado, and Arizona. Nationwide, we anticipate closing another 150 MW before the end of the year.
TSR offers four annual solar service shields that vary in the amount of proactive and preventative maintenance performed per project. Each of TSRs Shield plans comes with a guaranty, including the performance guaranty known as the Total Care Shield. The Total Care Shield is an insured service that financially guarantees the performance ratio across the entire solar power plant, and will provide greater assurance and bankability for the financial investors of solar power projects.
