The two systems presented are the Polar Bear and the Grizzly Bear. The Polar Bear is the next generation in flexible ballasted solar mounting systems for commercial flat roof applications. Just three major components are present plus two nut and bolt sizes. Polar Bear is available as either a non-penetrating ballasted solar mounting system or a hybrid solution with minimal roof attachment. The Grizzly Bear is also suited for commercial flat roofs and it features an integrated ballast, recycled rubber pads and wire management chases.

Both systems come with advanced thermal compensation and roof protection. The primary difference between the Polar Bear and the Grizzly Bear is the wind speed rating. The Polar Bear is suitable in areas with wind speeds of up to 120 mph (193.12 km/h), while the Grizzly Bear is only appropriate for wind speeds of up to 100 mph (160.93 km/h).
