Two junction boxes

The RADOX SOLAR HS3 junction box is one of two new cost-optimized connection systems which HUBER+SUHNER will present at the trade fair in June. At 150 mm by 75 mm, it is significantly smaller than the HA3 and RH3 predecessor models. In addition to the familiar advantages, it complies with the latest EN 50548:2011 and UL3730 standards.

Furthermore, the HS3 will be available in several terminal layouts and is optimally suited for use in different panel architectures and production processes. With defined robot grip surfaces and a stackable design, the HS3 is ideal for automated processes. Due to the modified surfaces, this junction box can also be handled using vacuum suction cups.

Moreover, the potting process has been optimized through an enlarged duct, reduced compound volume and a simplified potting process. The new RADOX SOLAR HM0 modular junction box will contain the following features: several terminal layouts and an optimized design for automated processes. It consists of a basic box with an integrated interface, which can be equipped or retrofitted with an optional blue box at any time. This blue box will differ, depending on the integrated smart electronics.
