Photon Publishing commences bankruptcy proceedings

The development comes two weeks after the onset of preliminary insolvency proceedings against parent company Photon Holding, over a tax bill. The publishing arm had emerged from the bankruptcy of predecessor Photon Europe 18 months ago.

The publishing company based in Aachen, Germany, whose assets include industry magazines Photon International and the German Photon Das Solarstrom-Magazin, is insolvent.

Sillia energy to take over Bosch solar plant in France

Centrosolar Glas must declare insolvency

Just in May the glass division of the German PV company Centrosolar Glas was taken over by Belgian competitor Ducatt. Now it seems that talks about future financing have fallen through. It is business as usual though meantime, despite the loom of insolvency.
