Singulus bondholders approve restructuring

Singulus bondholders have approved the company’s debt-equity swap, which will provide the liquidity required to stay in business in 2016. The German equipment supplier announced today that the required bondholder quorum of 33% was reached, with attending bondholders approving the proposed deal with a 90% majority.
