Island opportunities

Hot jets of steam, known as “fumaroles,” emerge from the summit of Soufrière Hills Volcano, on Montserrat in the Caribbean Sea, pointing to the presence of heat, H2O, and CO2. Metal-rich brines are trapped 2 km to 4 km below the surface.
