MESIA: 350 MW ADWEA tender unlikely to lead to "race-to-the-bottom" pricing

A shortlist of eight companies pre-qualified to submit a bid to the 350 MW Abu Dhabi project tender has been published. The Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA) selected a group of 34 companies that can bid for the project, in various forms, with eight approved to provide a bid in their own right.
