Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. ("Sky Solar") (Nasdaq:SKYS) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,525,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs"), each representing eight of its ordinary shares, at a price to the public of US$8.00 per ADS for a total offering size of US$44.2 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on NASDAQ Capital Market today under the symbol "SKYS."
In addition, Sky Solar has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 828,750 ADSs.
Roth Capital Partners is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Northland Securities, Inc. is acting as the co-manager for the offering.
