Amtech acquires SoLayTec from RENA

U.S.-based Amtech Systems has acquired p-type PERC and n-type technology supplier SoLayTec from RENA. SoLayTec will be brought into the Amtech group through its Dutch subsidiary Tempress Group Holding.
