Currently, the parties are reviewing an opportunity in which WBRE, through the SACC would acquire the rights to develop a Solar Energy Park in Ghana, North Africa. The Solar Park has a targeted output of 150 MW, which could supply approximately 48,000 households with renewable energy, and reduce carbon emissions by approximately 110,000 tons annually. The contract, conservatively valued at US$200,000,000.00, could generate more than US$700,000,000.00 in revenue over its 20-year term.

Global Solar production has been growing by nearly 30 percent per annum over the last 20 years. As alternative energy becomes more familiar to the populace and alternative energy parks become more frequent, it is estimated that solar park energy production could exceed $100 billion globally by the year 2014.

Wild Brush Energy is focusing on mid-size to large-scale solar parks. The location of these parks will be in southern and southwest regions of the U.S. and southern European countries with favorable renewable energy policies and economic returns.
