Bisol Group, one of the leading European based manufacturers of solar solutions, together with its research and development department leads the progress of the photovoltaic industry and development of high quality solar solutions in many ways. This year the company has developed the second generation of HDPE mounting system that is even lighter compared to the first generation and allows more efficient cooling of the photovoltaic modules.

The innovative base is made of UV-resistant high density carbon-reinforced polyethylene and is developed specifically for use with Bisol photovoltaic modules. Strictly high-quality recyclable materials leave a positive impact on the environment. Bisol EasyMount 200 HDPE bases are appropriate for flat roofs or surfaces, allowing PV module positioning at a 20° angle. They allow the construction of a wind-friendly aerodynamic structure without having to penetrate the roof.

In high-wind areas it is advised to place extra ballast and to attach a metal shield to further improve stability of the structure. They combine superior design with durability for extreme ease of installation and long-term performance. An investor can also choose from a variety of Bisol’s aluminium and polyethylene mounting solutions. At the world’s largest exhibition for the solar industry Bisol Group will also present the entire collection of premium quality poly- and monocrystalline PV modules, together with the latest series of PeakPerformance modules with anti-reflective glass with higher power classes up to 260 W.

The anti-reflective glass enables greater light absorbance; hence these PV modules have 2 to 3 per cent higher energy yields. At Bisol’s stand A2 – 160 aesthetically pleasing building integrated PV system will also be exhibited. This solar solution is specifically developed to substitute conventional roofing and is a very cost-effective option as it can save on building or renovation costs.
