On August 9 and 10, 2009, the groundbreaking ceremony of Delingha PV power plant (Phase II) and Golmud PV power plant (Phase II) invested by Qinghai Province Development & Investment Limited was held respectively in the two project sites. The total installed capacity of the two projects is 20MW and the electric integrated system is generally contracted by Surpass Sun Electric.
At the ceremony, the managing director of SSE New Energy branch, Mr. He delivered a speech on behalf of the main contractor and promised to the client that we will spare no effort in the next a hundred days, striving to achieve grid-connected power generation in advance.
Last year, SSE generally contracted Delingha & Golmud solar power plant (Phase I) which shew the outstanding advantages of the project design, technology development of core products, construction and management of the project, commissioning & acceptance inspection and the operation & maintenance of power plant, etc.?ensuring grid-connected power generating smoothly and running at full capacity.
The two plants have been operating stably and reliably with the power efficiency beyond design requirements. In the EPC contractor bidding invitation for the two projects (Phase II) held in July, SSE stood out again from various top bidding enterprises in China with the ability of photovoltaic system engineering and won the bidding at one fell swoop. Putting the customer benefit in the first place, we started working less than half a month after the agreement signed and this in the meantime proved SSE has possessed solid strength in EPC contracting of solar power plant.
