From May 16 to 18, the world's largest solar photovoltaic project exhibition – the Sixth International Solar Energy & PV Projects (Shanghai) Exhibition and Forum was held in Shanghai New International Expo Centre. This grand PV meeting gathered more than 2,200 exhibitors from over 90 countries and regions around the world and displayed the latest products and scientific achievements in the global PV industry.
As one of well-known enterprises in the solar photovoltaic industry of China, Surpass Sun Electric debuted splendidly in this exhibition. It mainly displayed the megawatt photovoltaic grid-connected inverter and household photovoltaic inverter which are searched and developed independently, as well as the solutions and the significant achievements of ground and construction solar power plants, family micro-grid system, city district intelligent charge and discharge systems and grid-connected & off-grid photovoltaic power generation system.
These achievements were exhibited in the form of explanations on the spot with a three-dimensional animation propaganda on the large screen LED. The real-time feedback data from remote monitoring system of photovoltaic power plants scrolling on the LED, as well as the family micro-power generation, energy storage, charging and discharging system simulation show became into the highlights of the exhibition and attracted a large number of Chinese and foreign spectators to watch, consult and discuss the cooperation.
The megawatt photovoltaic grid-connected inverter launched and displayed openly in the exhibition by Surpass Sun Electric attracted professional audience's attention. This product has a conversion efficiency up to 98.7% and very low starting power and adopted ingenious harmonic control techniques of which the harmonic content is the lowest all over the world, less than 1%. As a PV inverter of the megawatt-class stand-alone power, the product developed by Surpass Sun Electric is smaller in dimension than other parallel MW-level inverters, which is why it aroused visitors interest.
