MegaCell presents the new BiSoN bifacial cell CBM3-M

Megacell is pleased to announce the release of its new BiSoN bifacial cell CBM3-M. The main features of this cell are: · BIFACIAL N-Type mono silicon cell · Efficiency up to 20,4 % (on front side) · Specially designed for glass on backsheet modules

Due to the internal reflection on the white back sheet, BiSoN bifacial CBM3-M cells produce up to 4% more power still from the moment of the flash test in STC condition.
The result is modules with CTM near zero, nominal front power up to 300 Wp (60 cells).
BiSoN bifacial cell CBM3-M are available in two different format:
· 156×156 mm diam. 205
· 156,75 x 156,75 mm diam. 210
Power classes from 4,70 Wp to 4,95 Wp.
Modules can be produced with BiSoN cells in a standard 3BB production line, no need of expensive upgrade to your line is necessary.
