Photon Energy N.V. announces that it has closed long-term non-recourse project refinancing agreements with UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia a.s. (‘UCB’) for its proprietary photovoltaic (PV) power plants in the Czech Republic. The portfolio to be refinanced is comprised of nine PV power plants with a combined capacity of 14.6 MWp that were connected to the grid in 2009 and 2010.
