This can be used to calculate and compare the actual costs per kilowatt hour stored (levelized cost of storage, LCOS) – making it the very first online tool to offer such a clear and comprehensive comparison. For TESVOLT’s high-voltage storage systems, the calculator gives an LCOS of 9 to 10 cents per kilowatt hour.
